Development and synthesis of advanced materials

Develop and synthesis of advanced materials by powder metallurgy process. we have experience in different types of materials, Ti-based alloys, Cu-based alloys, Fe-based alloys, high entropy alloys.

Metallographic analysis

Surface preparation, sample cutting, sample mounting and grouting, sample grinding, sanding and polishing. Characterization of metallic and ceramic materials by microscopic examination, and image analysis to determine grain size, porosity and surface morphology.

Powder Characterization

Powder characterization services include physical and structural analysis of powders, quantitative and qualitative phase analysis of solids.

Sintering of metal powders

The sintering process can be carried out by sintering a green part in a tube oven controlled atmosphere or hot pressing in an inert atmosphere.

X-ray diffraction analysis

Characterization of materials by X-ray diffraction patterns analysis consists of lattice parameter measurements, structural refinement, crystallite size, identification of crystalline phase and quantity, quantification of dislocation, stacking, twin’s densities.

Chemical analysis

Our experts can help you determine the concentration of the composition of a material, by atomic absorption (AA) or by XRF (X-ray fluorescence) is a non-destructive analytical technique.
